Overhead Conveyors
We are manufacturing overhead conveyors. Our conveyors are four wheel bi-planner chain overhead conveyors. Out of the four wheels two vertical wheels are load wheels & two horizontal wheels are guide wheels. this conveyors can be customized according to any kind of application. It can also take any kind of sharp horizontal, vertical bend & uniform bend. This conveyors can also be used as inverted.

Conveyor Specifications:

Load carring capacities  : Up to 100 kg Max with load bar
                                            : Up to 50 kg without load bar
Sizes                                   :6", 8", 9", 10" & 12" inch.

Technical Specifications:

Chain       :Type                   : 4 wheel bi-plannar chain.
                Breaking Strength : 4600 kg/ 8500 kg
                Allowable pull       : 460 kg / 850 kg
                Wheels                : 47 mm O/D * 14 mm thick.
                Links                   : 32 mm * 5 mm thick, En 8
                Crucifrom             : 10 BG cold formed & work
                                            hardened.

Track       : Cold formed angle track 38 * 38 * 3.5 mm thick 
                 track brackets at every 625 mm.

Bends      : All horizontal & vertical bends are provided as 
                 per layout.

Drive Unit : It is  sprocket tyre / Caterpillar type drive unit.
                 Fitted with motor & worm reduction gear box.

Tension Unit : Screw type.
